The DXing history of North Massapequa is brief. I lived at my second QTH for almost two years, but all loggings are from its last 45 days. The free-time crunch continued as my job search replaced college, and there was no good antenna to use until December 2004... installed a few months before I decided to move to Florida.
2005 was N. Massapequa's only active season, cut off in early-July. Conditions and targets were comparable to Patchogue, and there was only one (tentative) catch that I hadn't already seen from 28 miles away.
After I moved to Florida, I kept N. Massapequa as a "vacation QTH," though none of my visits were in-season and no new logs were added. | | |
