Happy New Year!

I've been making up for lost time since I paid off the big student loan in 2014, taking four major road trips in the last sixteen months. All these road trips meant more bandscans on the YouTube channel , which in turn meant more subscribers (328 as of this post). Unfortunately the honeymoon is over... Lord willing I'll be buying a condo this year and that makes $aving the priority. Better to see it in a savings account than vanishing down the big black hole of college debt. By the end of the year I should have a condo to show for it. And good riddance to renting! :D

So after two active years, 2016 will be slow on the YouTube channel. I'm planning a TV scan of Miami, the last TV market on the Florida Peninsula to get a video, and the usual end-of-season tropo and e-skip videos (which will be delayed if I'm moving). That's only four videos planned this year, with a fifth in the "maybe" category. If the move goes well and I'm set up, I'll kick off 2017 with new scans of my home market, Fort Myers, and a drive up to Tampa, which I've long considered my second market. It'll be a while though.

While I'm saving those fat stacks of cash I'll be continuing my work on version M33 of this website. It launched in July but a lot was left on the to-do list. Now is when I get to it, most notably a database of my DX catches (which will link to the YouTube videos!). Wish me luck. I'll post updates as site work finishes.
