Progress during MayPOSTED JUN 3, 2013

It's been one year since The Day The Rain Came Back entered its writing phase. I'd hoped to be done with the first draft by now, so clearly I have a lot of catching up to do. My pace has already accelerated nicely over the last six weeks or so. Now I just need to keep it up. (Posting these progress reports is of course an incentive.)
